Custom Holsters

Can anybody direct me to a good, quality custom holster maker? I don't mean custom as in "choose one of four colours for three style of Glocks" but a holster maker who might be able to mold a custom holster for me? I'd prefer Kydex but it's not a huge deal. There's a ton of them on the internet but I'd prefer to order from somewhere that I can get a recommendation on, as some of these websites look pretty fly-by-night.

If you're looking for a custom western holster for a revolver, there are a couple of excellent choices in the southern US, one of them is in Texas.
You didn't mention what it's for and what material you want?
