Custom M1A Build

Let's be perfectly clear to the OP if a barrel is exactly 18.500" the rifle is going to fall in the restricted class which I'm sure he doesn't want.
I want to be perfectly clear because our laws are written in the metric system and 470mm=18.5039".
This is why you see canadian shorties listed as 18.6"
I understand it is hundredths of an inch but it is the same as pistols with 4" barrels being prohibited a while a 4-1/8" barrel is restricted
 
I have a nonrestricted M1A with a krieger 18.5" and it's a true 18.5"
Overall length is still within nonrestricted.
I also have other nonrestricteds with much shorter barrels.... 12" grizzly, 16" dar22 ..... So let's be clear.... LOL my krieger barrel is still legal even though it's .0039mm "short"
I've built a lot of these rifles hehehe, a whole lot.
I have reopened my shop but am not a site sponsor/dealer so can't say much more than that.
