custom marlin stocks

Anyone done one? Recommendations?

I'm leaning toward treebone, but would prefer the precision gunstocks 1893 PG contour...

I had a real nice tree bone maple stock on a GS model gun. Very nice product but would never go maple again as it showed dirt real easy.

I will order some nice walnut from him again soon.

what grade walnut would you go?

I really like the Ballard style PG contour

I think I got the 250$ option in maple and it was VERY nice. Next tile ill go for the 350$ option

This is a custom stock I was given years ago. Not sure who made it though. The rifle is a 45-70 guide gun.
