I haven't been able to get my ear protection setup dialed in. Foam plugs don't always expand right when it's cold out. Messed with Decibullz for hours but couldn't get a good seal. Now using Howard Leight electronic muffs over foam plugs. I have the sound amplification turned up for conversations, but still has pretty good protection while actually shooting. None are ideal.

Any models/brands recommendations - how are the ones with filters? That way they can be left in the whole time.
