Had some fun at the range today. I have a customized Ruger SR22. It has a Kidd single stange trigger and a tactical Solutions barrel. I got the barrel from Wanstalls around 2 years ago. I have to say I love it, the aluminum barrel makes the gun so light.

I tested several types of SK and Lapual ammo. This target is at 50y, and these are all 5 round group. I also shot a 2ed set, but the results are almost as good as this set. Really happy with the results. The two best groups measure 0.5" (sk standard plus) and 0.67" (Lapua X-act). Doing the math these groups equate to 0.56moa and 0.9moa respectively. Not to bad, sub moa. No complaints here. I need to change my scope set up,as it's way too low, but once I do that, I plan to shoot some more. I just thought I would share these results. Those looking on wondering what type of accuracy can be achieved with an aftermarket 10 22 barrel, now know.

Good shooting! I also find SK standard plus seems to work well with all my rimfires. It's usually works better than the $20 a box stuff as well.

Not quite. MOA (minute of angle) is a unit of angle measurement. 1 MOA is 1 60th of a degree. If you were to draw a right angle triangle with a 1 MOA angle between the adjacent and hypotenuse, and if the adjacent is 100 yards long, then the opposite will be 1.047 inches.

It's also important not to get yards confused with meters. 100m ~ 109yards.
