I purchased an item from SFRC (a firearm) - found that the item did not work properly - notified them of what was happening - Ryan was very understanding and we were able to come to an agreement very quickly. I have had other dealings with them and have been extremely pleased with them. They treat there customers right, are polite and understanding. You can't ask for more than that. I will certainly be dealing with them again.
