Hi new to the forum did a search and I could find much.
It sounds like a few people here have customized their Norinco 1911. I got a 1991a1 and would like to head in the customized route. If you could list the parts that was changed out on your piece, I'm not sure where to start with this gun

It has a stock dove tailed rear dot sight and a fix dot sight on the front. I've replaced the grips already.
I would like for the gun to be more smoothed out and possible use it in the local hand gun course. Any info would be much appreciated. I'm out in BC's Lower Mainland will travel to pick up parts. Recommendations????
