has anyone tried to cut down a Hogue Overmolded stock with any degree of success?
I'm thinking of doing a new ruger 10/22 build with a shorter barrel and I was gonna use a wood stock and just wack some off the end and then refinish it, but I have a extra Hogue Overmolded stock just sitting in my extra stock bin and I really like them.
just not sure if its possible to sand the end of them down once you cut them to size?
anyone tried?
