Hi everyone.

I have just bought a really nice little .22 pump action Rossi take down rifle here on CGN, but the rifle is too long for my needs. At first I taught it was the carbine, so I bought without asking question on the lenght. Now I have three option. 1 selling it and buying a carbine, 2 trading it for a carbine (if I find someone who want to trade) and 3 having it cut down and re crown by a gunsmith . Now will that affect the accuracy ? How much can I expect to pay for modifications?

what you guys think?

Done correctly, it won't harm accuracy (but it might help it).

Bits of Pieces' website estimates a cost of $40.
