The DiamndBack9 FS uses a Beretta magazine with a mag catch notch cut in a new location.
I bought the pistol from Irunguns for only $229 USD. It came with only one magazine.

Used US military mags can be purchased in the USA for $10 to $15 each. The mags are a perfect fit for the pistol, but lack the extra notch.

I bought 4 used mags and added a pin (about 0.25” below the #15 hole) and cut a new catch notch.

Drilling a hole and adding a pin is easy peasy. I was concerned about cutting the notch. Turned out it was shockingly easy.

I used a single cutting wheel to cut a notch. My plan was cut a second notch, to make a notch as wide as the factory cut. But I discovered that the single cut latched into the gun perfectly. So all I had to do was dress the cut with a needle file, and the mag fit perfectly.

The cutting wheel (in Dremel) cuts the notch in about 10 seconds.

I use that Dremel cutting wheel for all sorts of work. Not that its needed but I wonder how two discs back to back would work. I just tried putting two together and its a pretty tight fit but a thin smear of glue would be easy. I also have a needle file that's almost the perfect width.

Two wheels back to back might be best for other pistols, but the catch in a DB9 is a piece of piano wire, so it fits the single cut perfectly.

I used a needle file to tidy it up and to take the flash off on the inside of the mag, so the follower will not bind.
