Cutting dovetails on a rimfire?

I've a Taurus 63 .22 (copy of the Winchester mdl 63) but without dovetail grooves. The late reproductions by Winchester were dovetailed, but for some reason not the Taurus copy. What would be a ballpark figure a gunsmith would charge for cutting 3/8" dovetails?

Easier to drill and tap holes for a set or a single scope base!

It seems the Weaver TO-10 is a universal single base. I'll give it a whirl.
