Cutts compensators

Long gone as far as I know other than like 687 says e-bay or gun shows. They were sold at one time by
Lyman Gun Sight Corporation but not any more
Cheers

Dads 870 has one. The muzzle blast is bad, dad had to make sure the dog was well away. He shelved that barrel and went with another

ebay has lots of stuff. I get the impression that Lyman products have something to do with them.

Thanks for the tip I found some of the stuff I wanted but still looking a 12 and 20 gauge cage. I know this a little retro crazy but retirement can be a little boring and I enjoy the lathe and millwork.

To funny it is not nice to laugh at old people I was born 6 months before that patent date Thanks for the laugh.

Sorry, I don't understand what you think is "to" funny. The Cutt's Compensator was patented in 1930, and the (very cool) Nydar sight was patented in 1945. They would both look great on a vintage shotgun build. I've got a Nydar set aside for just that purpose. I too have my eyes open for a Cutt's Compensator.

I just thought the Nydar and Cutts concept was reflective of my age that's what I meant by to funny . I am glad to see that you like to dabble in the retro stuff.
