Hi all, first post here!
Looking for some input on a CVA smooth bore 20GA shotgun.
I was in BassPro Calgary just before Christmas and handled one.
Seems like a solid machine, but unable to find any reviews.

I had a 20ga Cooey that I bought new when I was a kid and have recently been thinking about buying something to train my kids on.
Just looking for input or reviews on this gun.
Will be used for grouse and maybe the odd duck or goose, OK for a turkey?

Thanks,

sam

Never held their scatter guns but i've owned several of their muzzleloader guns. Still have 2. Life time warranty and a solid gun very accurate barrels. I see no reason their smooth bores would be of lesser quality

Thanks guys,
I was looking at the CVA because it was only $250. And looked a lot more solid than the Pallas or other turkish guns.
Wouldn't mind finding an old mod 84 cooey again but they seem to be in the collectors market prices these days.
Will probably buy the CVA if they have one next time I'm in Calgary.

Sam
