I've had one for about 2 years (in May), I ordered mine from I Run Guns as there was no stock with Canadian dealers.
Mine is a .35 Whelen. It is
solid. The barrel is substantial and the muzzle brake matches the barrel contour almost perfectly. The crown is cut nice, the metal work is very nice, the stock fits very tight, the recoil pad is decent, there is no slop in the break action, the trigger is very good and consistent, the hammer spur and scope base were included and are both fine, I was able to mount my 40mm objective scope very low to the bore and there's still clearance for the hammer, it's really pretty remarkable for the price. The buttstock feels cheap because it probably is. Super easy to break down and clean. Remove the brake and it's 38" long.
Mine has been consistently accurate, it's a 1-MOA shooter with cheap 250gr Speer bullets well over 2600fps with a charge of StaBALL 6.5. Hornady Superformance and Federal Fusion loads were about the same accuracy. The Barnes 180gr TTSX oddly enough was consistently sub-MOA.
I'm happy with the rifle!
