CX4 Non restricted opinions?

They are the best pistol caliber carbine hands down. Very reliable, very accurate, very ergonomic. The aesthetics appeal to some and not others. I have no idea why there isn't one in my safe.

I loved mine ! should have Never sold it ! aarrrgggg!!
It was very accurate, very dependable. No FTE no FTF always worked %100. It also ate all the ammo I fed it.
I first bought a Just right carbine, didn't like it and it didn't like all ammo. Always had to clean it.
next was a fatal buy.....A High point carbine. They are awful !
You wont regret the X4. I will buy another in the future.

I liked mine, sold it though. Hated the trigger and the overall plastic feel to it. But it never fails to fire or eject and is accurate at 50-100 yards

Excellent firearms, very high build quality, a breeze to disassemble and clean, uses model 92 ore 96 magazines, ambidextrous if you're a lefty, completely reliable and accurate (for a 9mm, of course). Quite likely the best 9mm PPC you can get. About 4500 rounds through mine to date.

The trigger comes stiff out of the box, but you can do a little DIY operation on it in 10 mins that will make it a lot better, or install an aftermarket trigger/hammer pack.

This is La Contessa Luigina in all her glory:

Love mine...

I had one and sold it... then bought another because i missed it... and nothing else compared that I tried.

Absolutely love mine for all the reasons already mentioned, just a super fun gun to shoot. I did order the Sierra Papa upgrades as I'm not a fan of plastic internals but others don't seem to mind.

Cabela's had online stock the last time I checked.

Ugh! There goes the Christmas budget, LOL!

The trigger quality varies gun to gun. Mine was pretty awful. I ordered and installed the Sierra Papa hammer/trigger upgrade and it's now lighter, less creepy, not gritty, and my groups, even from a bench rest, have tightened up spectacularly.

Yes I'm not a fan of plastic either, but between this gun and the JR Carbine I had, I'd buy another CX4 before I'd get a JR again.

Taller guys will benefit from the optional stock shims. I've maxed out on them
