CX4 Storm mag question

From what I can find they were available with either one. The 9mm has two options as well.
I would rather ask a bunch of silly questions than be an idiot who ordered the wrong mag...
 
there is a plastic 'sleeve' inside the mag well. with the top end removed, you can press the tab on the top of the sleeve & push it down through the bottom of the mag well. the sleeve has a stamp indicating the type of mag it uses.
i found the info on one of the beretta forums.
learned the hard way that the 96 version i ordered had a px4 sleeve when i started getting ftf's & the mags fell out during firing. :mad:
cheap fix, about $12 for the sleeve
 
Yep it is a 96.
Apparently only the earliest 9mm & .40 versions used the 80xx mags.
Now to find a way to get a 20 round mag pinned to 10 & shipped to me in Ontario. Not going to be easy!!!!
