9mm Storm needs mag well to be removed and tokarev's mags can be fit into pistol grip after adding two aluminium plates on each side. Trigger linkage need to be modified to go around thick and wide magazine, not a big deal but can lead to some frustration tuning everything up after.
9mm Storm cannot be modified into 357 SIG without modifying bolt head and extractor (or replacing it with one from 40SW model) and probably 40SW mag well. They (magazines) probably are identical but I am not sure. Its a lot easier if you already have 40SW Storm - just get custom 357SIG barrel.
