I'm looking to find out any pros and cons to both o these firearms other than what fits best plz. Other than the cynergy in camo these are the only 2 that I am considering as they are at the top of my price range and want to buy new. Please help me with my dilemma... Thanks!!!

Hey neighbor, I have a Cynergy Field in 20ga and couldn't be happier with it. It feels and points effortlessly for me. The low profile just feels great, keeps the weight down and more compact, and you have the added bonus of being able to switch between ejector and extractor in seconds. Have you shouldered both guns? Typically Browning and Beretta fit very differently and if one brand fits you well, the other usually doesn't. For me, Browning fits. One thing to be aware of, and it may not be an issue anymore, but some Cynergy 12ga forearms cracked near the retaining screw hole. Not an issue with the 20ga models. Lastly, there is a 12 ga on the EE right now at a very nice price.

Update... Purchased a beretta sp1.... Couldn't beat the deal I was getting and also shouldered one and it was quite comfortable. The only down fall is I have to wait for it to be shipped! Anxiously awaiting now

I'm a member there, keep your eye out for me and say Hi, I shoot a Browning XT and have a brown leather shell pouch with my name on it "Mark". Cheers.

Hiya neighbour,

I live in Stoney Creek. I just bought a Silver Pigeon I Sporting from 'Prophet River' in Alberta.
Saved some tax buying from there, too. Mine cost me an extra $200. because I'm a lefty. Apparently, the gun goes back to the factory for 'refitting' of the cast on stock. Two month wait. Looking forward to shooting it. I'm a member of Silverdale, but might also get a HGC membership. (Silverdales trap ranges are for practicing, not competing)
Best of luck with your new 686. They are stunning to look at as well.

Thanks I actually have to send mine back as I may have a faulty stock bc there is a line knot in the bottom of the pistol grip and some pitting in the wood on the side plate area... We'll see what they are gonna do for me.....

Ironic. I sold my A400 to use the funds for my Silver Pigeon. I had the A400 Xplor Action for just a short time, but it was a very good gun. Came with the kick-off and GunPod. My clays scores went up as soon as I got the gun.....hoping they do the same with the 686!!!

I ant the SP for my "nice" shotgun. I'll use it for clays and feathers in fair weather. I have other guns for other roles.
