Have a new Bowning Cynergy wicked wing edition but having an issue with Kent field loads.Will not eject after firing.Jammed in so solid had to drive it out with a cleaning rod.Yet 3.5 inch Winchester no problem score steel again no problem.Wonder if it a steel issue with the base when the shell expands after firing or ?.Has done it 2 out of three times so far. Had an issue with my trap gun (Ljutic) and the score trap load but tolerances were probably closer .The Kent feed through the Benelli 828 and semi auto no problem,Just wondering if anybody else has had these issues ?

A club member sent his Cynergy back to Browning , because it did not want to eject target loads. It is much better since. He had tried several different target loads, and the issue was present with them all, although it was much worse with certain loads..

I had problems with Kent target loads not ejecting fully in a couple of guns (not Cynergy) The hulls weren't really stuck, they just didn't want to eject fully and were easy enough to pluck out with fingers. I wrote it off to the steel bases and we don't see Kent shells around here that much so it's not an issue for me.
So after talking to Browning and a few others I took some emery cloth to the inside of the barrel and lightly smoothed around inside,voila all good ,everything flows through even some rusty federals .Could have been machine residue who can guess but it works flawlessly now and is a great gun to shoot.
