CZ 452 11mm Dovetail & 30mm scope

I am trying to mount a scope with a 30mm tube onto a CZ 452 FS. I would like to use to factory dovetail, but I am having trouble finding rings.

Does anyone know if there is a source for something like the Rimfire Technologies CZ 452 11mm Dovetail to Picatinny Scope Adaptor in Canada (http://www. rimfiretechnologies.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=19008), or a source for 11mm dovetail to 30mm rings?

EDIT: It appears that CZ manufacturers 11mm dovetail/30mm tube rings. Anyone know of a source for those?
