Silly question....I have a set of Brownell gunsmith screwdriver bits that will fit the stock to remove it. However, when putting the stock on, is there a particular order?

Would i have to buy a torque wrench to ensure proper accuracy?

Many shooters alternate tightening the action screws. Torque settings for rifles can vary but a good place to start is at 20 inch pounds and see how it shoots. Some shooters will experiment with other torque settings to see if it results in a difference on the targets. The caveat of course when doing this is to use ammo that is reliably accurate. Bulk ammo is not especially useful for assessing accuracy. A torque wrench is a very good idea as it is not possible to reproduce action screw torque settings otherwise.

Lucky guy.. lol

I'm not sure what the action screw arrangement is like on the FS, the 452s vary quite a bit in that respect. I have a 452 Varmint, which has a single action screw and a floating lug dovetailed into the barrel which takes a screw also.
20 in lbs is a good place to start, I wouldn't go higher than 25 in lbs on a non-bedded CZ.
The CZ-BRNO forum on RimfireCentral is a treasure-trove of all things CZ related. Pretty good bunch with a few notable exceptions, as usual..

I can’t help you with the figures, but I can assure you that accuracy will benefit big time with the right torque. That magic setting will likely depend on each rifle. I had one of my 455’s out at my buddy’s place sighting in a scope. He brought out his little torque wrench and fiddled with the action screws. What a difference! Next time I was at the big box store in Regina, I bought the same wrench as he has, a Wheeler Fat Wrench.

20 in lbs for the action screw and 15 in lbs for the barrel lug screw works the best on my 452 Full Stock. Each rifle will be little different so you might have to experiment...
