i was in TNT gun works looking at a CZ 452 the other day and when i picked it up it felt great except for one thing. The sling mount bolt(?) is right where i want to place my hand. Do I have any options here. i would like to have a slng on this gun when i buy it but if worse comes to worse i could live without it. I know very little about how stocks attatch to guns (i know i will fix this problems with a custom stock soon enough) so i don't know if the sling mount bolt is essential to how the barrel is help in place.

I would appreciate any help here, and feel free to go alittle off topic. If you want so tell me the basics or removing a stock from this or any gun or how to bed a gun properly feel free to. I am here to learn

As you can see on attached pic my 452 american has the butt sling screw and the forend sling screw removed. They have nothing to do with the barrel. You could I suppose move the forend one but then you would have two holes. If your buying a 452 buy it shoot before you mess with it. They shoot very well out of the box. You may want to put a Brookes trigger kit in but before you do read the grief one other CGN member has gone through. Any qualified gunsmith can put this kit in with no problem----enjoy your CZ-----Cowboy

C B if you slide that Limbsaver pad on the rifle, like I do for some added lenth, you may find that your hold on the fore stock will be in a different place. FS
