CZ 452 tight at muzzle

rimfire barrels are a few thou under .224 Gord, so you won't get the bore sighter in there, or your centerfire cleaning jag

20 caliber dewey rod works great, rimfire barrels are .220
If wholesale out of rods let me know, I have a half a dozen new ones in stock, as for sighting it in your best chance is to pull the bolt and line the barrel up on the target by eye and then dial in the scope, like we used to do when we were wiser with our money and gimmicks were for the other guys we used to laugh at........lol

Look down the bore with the bolt pulled, center the bore on target, without moving look to see where the scope is aimed... adjust the scope in that direction, ie. If the scope is low right with the bore on target, move the crosshairs down and right. For anyone interested... sounds like Gord already knows that.

Hoyt's info is the cheapest and easiest. Shoot it at 25 yds and you will be done in less than 5 shots. From there on it is up to your shooting skills to take advantage of the cz's accuracy and have some fun shooting.
What are you using for a scope? As far as cleaning here is what will do you well and easy to use http://www.patchworm.com/ they will put it in the mail to you no problem, just pull a couple of patches through it before you shoot it the first time .There is not really any concerns with barrel break in with a 22lr you will have a great time shooting and soon will have another CZ in your collection. Keep us posted on your adventure into CZ land.

Yeah CZ bores are tight, I found out the same way....my bore sighter fit my savage with room to spare, but wouldn't even go in to the CZ. Tight is good for accuracy.
