CZ 452 Varmint Problems

Purchased a new CZ452 Varmint .17HMR and am having problems with the rifle feeding ammunition from the magazine into the chamber. The only way it consistently feeds is if you hold the back of the magazine up in the well. Have been emailing CZ (all addresses I can find) with no replies in about 5 weeks. Took it back to local dealer and he took apart the magazine and bent the spring up but the results are hit and miss. Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions? Any help would sure be appreciated.

have you tried a different magazine?

You may have over-torqued the action screws.... they should be just snug... otherwise you compress the relationship between action/stock/magazine... this can cause feed issues.

I would try taking it apart and flipping the spring around first. I had to do that on one of my 455's.
