Got out to do some shooting yesterday at my buddy's farm. I took a vid of a couple of the shots while he was shooting. I've trued my bullet drop in Ballistic AE out to 250 yards in 5 yard increments. I couldn't even feel the wind but it made it's presence known after the first shot on paper we had 4" drift. My buddy can't shoot as good as me ;)

Target is a 5" by 6" steel plate
Elevation was 31 minutes above 50 yard zero. Eley ammo

That is good.
Bought a CZ 455 American and tested it today at 100 yards with a Weaver T36.
It did not like Eley (70 - 1X) 1.85" (c-c)
Switched to CenterX and shot a 95-1X (1.5") and a 95-3X (1.55").
At 30 degrees C., CenterX feels like they have been dipped in oil!

I shot RWS championship through my CZ lux, CZ American, brno models 1, 2 and 4 on the weekend.

Great match ammo is definitely a pain in extreme temps.

I find keeping my ammo in the shade helps as the wax on the lead can melt and unbalance the bullet in flight when it is really hot.

My best scores come in low wind and temps between roughly 50 and 75.

In really cold weather the wax can gum up my chamber...a whole different problem that affects bolt cycling.

The low velocity match ammo clearly trumps the high velocity stuff in all of my 22s.
