CZ 453 .22lr premium....?

Hello, can anyone tell me if CZ still makes this rifle? It is difficult to find information on it. It looks like a regular 453 with upgraded wood, high polished blued surfaces, fluted barrel, and engraved reciever? Any information would helpful.:)
 
I have seen a few Premiums in 17HMR lately, Epps still has two, but I haven't seen a 22lr recently. Reliable had one, but now their site shows sold out.
 
Is the premium in the .17HMR only a fluted barrel, or does it have more
"stuff," like the .22LR? Can anyone confirm the exact upgrades to the premium .22LR for me?
 
The Premium in 17HMR that I saw had the engraving and fancier stock. actually Epps put their price up by around $100, and Lever Arms now has a better price.

Below is a Premium in 17hmr. Just get rid of the space after the h.

It looks like another highlight of the .22lr is a Jewelled bolt.:D
I realize the CZ .22LR Premium is not a Cooper by any means, but, with most of the features, and even more than the Custom Classic Cooper, it is excellent value for the money.:)
