I am new and this is my first shooting season. Finally found time to take my new .22 rifle to 100 m range. I only shot in winter at indoor 25 m range during my club's probationary shoots. Setup: CZ 453 Varmint, Leupold Rimfire 3-9 EFR, Harris bipod, ammo Lapua Standard Plus (was Super Club). Today shot it from bipod resting back on my fist. These are three best groups, what do you guys think?

Nice Shooting!

Mamma,
Nice shooting, I bought my boy a CZ 452 and he trained on it with open sights. I would recommend the CZ as a "Great Quality" .22
Your going to have a lot of fun with yours.....

Fingers not crossed?

I understand your doubt - frankly, I didn't expect it myself

Thanks guys!

Boy, I need to try that out.
I just took my 4X off my CZ 452 as I don't think I could
match that at fifty yards.
Not with my -40 vision in my shooting eye.
I stuck my old reliable 6x18x40 on her.
Just need to sight her in and try this out at 100.
Dang fine shooting on your part.

Yep, a good CZ 452/453 .22 LR should get sub-moa 5-round groups at 100 yds.

Great shooting and quality set-up... now run about 20 bricks through it!
Thanks, I will:D

kamlooky, I am also shortsighted but mildly - between 1.00 and 2.00, so my shooting glasses have prescription lenses (I think it did cost me only about $30 at zennioptical)
