Picked up one of these 455 Nightsky editions the other day. This was my first 455 and definitely had some reservations about buying after reading some of the negative posts about the barrel and how its attached and not threaded. Overall Id say this is decent gopher gun. I tested about 10 different ammo types and it certainly favor the premium grade stuff. SK and Eley shot quite well. The target below are 5 shot groups @ 50 yards shot from the box of my pick up
The rifle comes with a synthetic stock that feels a bit like a a Browning Dura-touch stock. Factory CZ picatinny rail and muzzle break are included.
Only thing I really dislike about this rifle is the muzzle break, not my thing but I have hopes of either trading it off or getting it cut down to 18". Got a 17 HMR barrel and YoDave trigger kit enroute. Gophers BEWARE!!!!!!!
Specs:
CZ 455 Night Sky Edition
Warne QD rings
Leupold VX 2 4-12x40 AO
Harris bipod
