CZ 457 22LR Smallbore Rifle Family

I'm looking for a CZ in a shorter barrel to compare to the Tikka T1x...

Do you know if we're getting into Canada:
CZ 457 ProVarmint - 16.5" barrel SKU-02359
CZ 457 Royal - 16.5" barrel SKU-02370

SKU's were taken from the CZ-USA site - I thought I heard there would be a basic CZ457 synthetic offered in a 16.5" barrel (says so in your website on the description for the 20" barrel) - but I can't find a SKU for that.

Do you think these will be available?

Thanks
None of the short barrel ones came in this time. We have someone back order and if we ever get them in we will definitely be updating that who posted here.

CZ USA has the barrels in stock. Getting them is the problem. I’m looking for a stainless 22wmr for my 455.

455 Barrels are discontinued, I've searched high and low, there were some a couple weeks ago, but they're gone now. The 457 barrels will work with the 455 though. If stainless is what you want, it will look just the same. The problem being is they switched to nitride coating on the 457 instead of the usual bluing. So for me, it'll look ugly as sin to have a nitride barrel on the blued receiver.

Any chance a 452, 455 or 457 can be outfitted with biathlon style sights so I can pretend to be Dorothea Wierer in my back yard at a reasonable price?

Yes, the rear dovetail is the same as on Anschutz, Tesro, Wather....so that is no problem.
For the front sight it depends on the barrel option, as the clamp style front tunnel mounting will just need to fit the the barrel diameter.

Ah ok, the front sight has always been the hurdle. Are you able to order in a clamp on front sight base?

LRP stock is 100 ambidextrous. Yes it is right handed action and I know that is not ideal, but some of you have been asking.
