Anyone have any idea or info if there’s anyone in Canada that will be bringing some of the new gen 5 cz 457 actions from the USA? The same guy who designed the Vudoo gunworks v22 is designing a new c 457 action that works in your CZ 457 chassis you already have. I’m interested in one. Barrels will be threaded into the action which is better as well. There’s a Facebook group called “Delane Development Group” and there’s updates on there about it.

There was an older thread regarding this development. It was taken down my the admins due to M. B. not being a paid advertiser. There are two establishments set up as dealers. One is an advertiser on this site Go Big. The other is not but became popular through the manufacture of Canadian made shooting support bags. As Adam above suggests this company handles 457 extractors as well.
The Gen 5 appears to be a quantum step up in quality from the CZ. Threaded receiver, improved feeding and extraction and NO plastic bits ! In combination with the exceptional build quality it should be a winner although I expect it will not be cheap.

I have a real interest in the development of the Gen 5 offering currently being developed by the originator of the Vudoo 700 platform rifles. I have followed along on the thread on one of the USA sites since the design was introduced back in April.
I find it a bit unusual that the original conversation that began in April is now over 8 pages long with 350 comments. I would have thought that the concept would have created some interest here on the Canadian side. I am anticipating seeing one once they are available on this side of the border.

I do own a Deuce, two IBI barrels a Spearhead tuner and brake and three Trigger Techs. In addition I have six NDR magazines. Three for the Gen 5 action I hope to get in the next several months. I do appreciate your patriotic sentiments and know that your bought both your USA and German produced products from Canadian suppliers. My intentions are the same.
