CZ 457 or Tikka T1X MTR ?

I have owned both. Both accurate but the CZ much more so. I changed out the T1X stock for the MDT Oryx, both guns had Burris XTR Signature rings and similar scopes for target and competition. The Tikka magazine is what it is, didn't find it to be a hindrance. Bolts were smooth on both guns from the start so no issues there. After 500 rounds to compare, I sold the Tikka and kept the CZ which is a Varmint Precision Chassis model. I have way more invested into the CZ but the Tikka with add-ons was getting close in $. Both are good. And if you can, although hard to find a gun store with both in stock, to touch, feel and determine which one feels better for you.

I went in to my local shop to handle the Tikka to see what all the rave was about, I thought it felt cheap... to me the CZ is a far better rifle, as stated in an earlier post if you are just going to bench shoot look into an Anschutz.

On the same note don't think your going to be shooting bulk bullet of bullets ammo through these, start with at least SK std+ or even cheap CCI SV is as cheap as I'd go.
