CZ 512 .22Lr. Metal or plastic mags

Is it true that the cz 512 .22Lr. Has feed issues with the 5 and 10 rd Metal mags but works quite well with the plastic mags?? I remember hearing this once

I've had no luck with the metal mags in my 457 or my 512. Always get a round stuck about halfway through the magazine. In the 512 it is extremely tight to seat and remove a metal one...

I have 10 and 25 rd polymer magazines that function flawlessly in both.

I have both and they run fine in my 512 but I purchased extra plastic mags as there were cheaper. I never realized that there were feeding issues. Great little rifle by the way. Lots of fun.

I've got One Metal 10-rnd, 2-plastic 10s, and 5 plastic 5s. NO probs with ANY in my 455 SS Lux and 457 V-MTR.

I have one 5 round metal and it works in mine. Haven't tried the 10 round metal.

In my 457 I have one 10 round metal magazine that occasionally has a round hang up. My 5 rnd meta mags are good and all my plastic mags been flawless. Much prefer the plastic mags for this one.

my 512 likes both, i run metal because they look slick but the plastic is probably the safer bet, my 457 does not like the metal mags so much.
