CZ 512 in 22LR - Care to share your disdain/love for this rifle? Save me some money?

I had one. it was a great rifle. I almost tried the 50 yard challenge with CCI SV. It was an excellent shooter.

I looked it up, and read that the newer generation of 512s come with an aluminum charging handle. I also found out that the .22LR version has been discontinued. Debating if I should scoop one up now, or wait to see if CZ replaces it with a new semi-auto design.

if you can find new now, I'd go for it. No sense waiting for something that isn't even announced.

I bet with the proper ammo mine could get really close. One day I'd like to try all four of my CZ's. Although one has already done it.

I put through my order for the 512 this morning. It was on sale too which is awesome. Thank you to everyone who replied. I'm going to pickup a Bushnell for it while they have their rebate going on this month. Worked out very well.
