Just came back from the range with a brand new cz 527 in 7,62x39mm .
My 13 years old son shot winchester ammo, Remington, and surplus Norinco fmj and soft point. I must tell you that I am impress. Once the small scope was adjusted ( burris compact 2x7 timberwolfe) it shot all the ammo to aboutv the same point of impact. Remington and winchester were capable of one inch group, hect even the cheap norinco soft point were sometime touching.
The only thing that was an annoyance was the fact that it was my son first time shoothing a ''bigger'' caliber and was having a problem with adjusting the scope. I wear glasses and the adjustement differ , so it was hard telling if the sight he was having was really optimum for him.
Surplus ammo a little stiff to chamber or eject due to tolerance and or lackered cases.
Superb light accurate little rifle with a good bark..I love it!
