CZ 527 Carbine models

I zeroed with old Romanian surplus, then fed it reloads. Surprised how well it shoots everything, rifle doesn't seem to care.
I do need to get it bedded...don't want any cracks in this stock.

Awesome little rifles. I want one in a 6.5 Grendel already.

I was kicking about my local Cabelas shortly after I bought my 7.62x39 chambered 527 (like a week after) and I ran into one in 6.5 Grendel they had on consignment for $800.
I'm still kicking myself for passing on it.

Hitzy, what to bed these with?

Do all models with the gusseted trigger guard and fixed iron sights have the “ old style” bolt? Does the new style just have more of it ground down to clear a scope? Looks like the stock finish may have changed too?

Love the setup earlier in the thread with the m1 carbine style butt mag holder

The lower bolt handle was changed a while back so there are some with the funky trigger guard and both style handles.
2018 changes included making receivers on CNC, oiled vs lacquered stock finish, 557 sights, blasted/blued finish, the first batch was still using the funky trigger guard as CZ doesn't waste anything and used them up, later changed to the trimmer alloy style.

Does it have the set trigger? It doesn’t mention it on Tendas ad

Yes, the push forward version, also fully adjustable, standard on all the 527's I think.
I don't really use the set feature, I have the standard pull set low enough for plinking and hunting. When you set it the trigger is very light.
