This gun has recently caught my eye. How does this gun stack up and how do you like it? Anyone have an idea where there might be one laying around in 204 Ruger? They seem to be hard to find. Thanks!

there is at least one in .204, i had it then sold it simply because i wasnt using it enough

the ones in .204 are hard to find, only gunsnthings said they could get me one out of all the places i called

I've never seen a 527 Varmint Kevlar in .204 Ruger available in Canada. I tried to buy one and all I could get was the regular walnut stock model. The .204 is available in Kevlar from CZ USA but Canadian suppliers get their guns directly from the Czech Republic where this model is not available. At least that's what I was told at Wolverine Supplies. I ended up with the Walnut stock and it is a very nice gun nonetheless.

That isn't the only way that dealers get their CZs in Canada. If they are available in the USA,they can be brought in.

I have the 527 Varmint Kevlar in .223,and I now have a load that shoots five shots into 1/2" and has shot a ten shot 3/4" group.Nine out of the ten shots went into 1/2".

Well it's obviously a POS if it can't put that 10th bullet in the same hole:p
Here's mine. I was told that the HS stocks cannot be exported to the Czechs any more so no more kevlars.

No 527 Kevlar here.
cz-usa ok wtf is going on, I didn't want to hot link so deleted part of the url and it still links??
Last time I looked at the czech home page it was 2 years out of date IIRC:D

They still call them Kevlars but I believe the stocks are now coming from Bell and Carlson, have not been HS's for a few years now. FS
