Hey guys,
My new 527 has a bit of trigger creep brand new out of the box. The set trigger is gerat, but the regular one creeps. Havent tried adjusting anything yet with the set screws, but will tinkering with these fix that or do I neede a gunsmith?

Search the cz forum and there is a write up on adjusting it step my step, just did mine and it is amazing now, no creep no over travel 3 lb trigger

The creep will adjust right out if you follow the instructions in the manual. You need a 6mm wrench and a 7mm wrench to adjust the trigger. I was able to adjust the trigger on mine down to about 1.75 lbs unset. I actually prefer the trigger unset because the reach from the grip to the trigger is less.

Instructions on the manual aren't great; what I have done:

Pre-travel creep:
turn the screw in, several turns (usually) until the bolt won't reset the trigger / #### the action
keep turning the screw out while cycling the bolt, checking every 1/4-1/2 turn
when you reach the point where the bolt just resets the trigger, back it out 1/4 turn more -> beautiful trigger
Since you are dealing with sear engagement here, make sure to test for safety: bump (hard) the rifle and make _sure_ it doesn't fire by itself

Post travel
Screw in (or out?) until the trigger won't fire
Keep turning (in the opposite direction) until the trigger just fires
Give it 1/4 turn more
I think I just used the 7mm wrench; the 6mm is (I think) for trigger pull weight.

Now you can adjust the set trigger.

You will now have a _great_ trigger. Once you get the hang of it, the 527 trigger is one of the best factory ones out there, imho.
