CZ 527 vs. BRNO Fox 2 vs. Others

I have both the sako vixen .222 and a CZ in .204. Good mate has a brno fox .222.
The sako is to my mind, the better of the three, CZ can't mount a low scope unless you modified the bolt. Parts are aviable from CZ.
Tradex. Has several sako, Brno and BSA. Small action rifles used last time I looked.
Can't really go wrong with a small action sako or Brno.

And what kind of scope mount does it have? screwed or welded?

I have a BRNO 465 in 22 Hornet with set triggers and 3 leaf express sight. Beautiful, accurate, well balanced gun.

The older BRNO are sweet rifle... As long as you don't like to hoard magzines, in which case, get ready for a price sticker shock
If I was in the market for a new Hornet (or something to that effect), I'd probably looking for a current production CZ.

simply look for a used ZKW in 465.... the later Foxes were allright, but rough in the action rails, as were all BRNO rifles toward the ' end '
