Your options for good quality detachable mounts (well made, reliable return to zero, no interference with iron sights...) are somewhat limited, but they are out there. They are not cheap, either. Here's an example of a unit made for your rifle:

I put a Zeiss 1.5-6 Diavari on mine and love it. Got the low end for up close and 6X is lots even for 3-400 mtrs. Leupold make a nice set of steel rings specifically for the CZ they go on and off with a allen key but still QD.
+ 1 for the Warne Maxima's. I have the QD mounts on my .375 H&H and couldn't be happier. Very strong, very solid and attach directly to the CZ dovetails. I liked them so much I've since bought Warne rings for all my bolt guns.
Warne, Leupold, CZ /BRNO (in my opinion their one piece mounts for the magnum cant be beat for scope spacing and strength - order them online from CZ Europe - not USA who will not ship (or order from Tradeex even));
