cz 550 9.3x62

Hey all I read the 550 is availible in 9.3x62 with a short 20" barrel. Is this true? If so who has them?

It's the new Carbine model with a synthetic stock. Not sure iif they are in the country yet but they look like a sweet little rig.

Ya it was a synthetic stocked one I saw in an article. Guy shot a zebra with it. Looked like a perfect rig

The CZ550FS is one of the handsomest pieces of hunting kit I have seen. 20" bbl too.

I've never been a fan of the full wood stock. I've seen some gorgeous rifles so fitted. The wood was extremely well figured but still not my choice. I think the syn.stock custom painted with a 20" tube would be a great moose gun in 9.3. I still can't find one

The full stock is definitely not for everyone and I know that I would probably end up destroying such a fine piece of wood the way I hunt in the bush. But, they are nice to look at.
