We are double confirming this, but so far it looks like the shipment for Canadian market should not be affected by this. We are on it like fly on #$%^.
Jokes aside, the delay in our shipment could be a bit of silver lining in a fact that we would not have to deal with the recall. Stay tuned!!!
We will post more as soon we have any more info about this.

Step # 1 : Selling the 550 worlwide and earn a reputation...
Step # 2 : Selling the 557 line with some issues...
Step # 3 : Selling the 600 line with issues before they get to the customer's !
Clap, clap, clap for CZ engineers! Bad reviews are starting to scrambled on You Tube.
Just like Remington, lets start with quality and sell crap down the line.
Which videos are you refering to? Ive only seen one that questioned the materials used on the Lux model.

So is this the case?

How does this line up with the recall?

Are all 8x57 alphas on the pre order spoken for?

I haven't heard anything since my last call to Tesro 3 weeks ago. Hopefully this lot has the "fix", but what it is, I don't know. I recall something similar with Ruger M77 triggers many years ago. This stuff happens, and I'm not worried. Yes, these are the larger calibres coming first, and in all likelihood, their will be more than the 40 or so pre-orders.

I have had zero issues with my 557's--excellent rifles.
The vast majority of the 600 series reviews, so far, are positive.
The days of hand finished Brno's are long over, but CZ make a quality product today. I'm sure the 600 series will find a strong niche.

Just don’t know how they could have fixed guns if they announced the recall so recently; don’t want to pre order a gun that is not on this shipment either

My question was more addressed to the store; I just assumed you got your info from them so I quoted you

Hopeful though

I think there's complexities here that aren't being published.

I believe the guns we're concerned with are coming from Europe, whereas the recall is out of CZ USA, IIRC US has some laws about firearms being produced in country so it's likely the only guns affected are the CZ USA models which may have manufacturing differences.

That's my guess anyways.
