Wow! Do you have any information on how to import guns to US for sale like that? I would do that and buy a Sig with the extra money!

It's really not worth it. By the time you export to USA and cover all the expenses (and maybe spend more then a year on paperwork) I doubt you will make any money on your pistol. We usually import FROM USA and not the other way around.

Shoot and enjoy! Atleast you'll know which one is yours at the range when there are 10 shadows sitting on the bench. I think it's a real shame when guns don't get used, unless it's more "art" then gun. The prettiest gun is the one someone has enjoyed so much the blue wore off long ago.

toshibala, International Shooting Supplies in Surrey has Shadows in stock, I bought one yesterday. You won't find it on their website though, [Eric says he's too busy to update often.] Chilliwack Dart and Tackle has some on backorder and is expecting them in a week or two also.

Wanstalls web page says it's the original CZ75 design. I would assume non- Omega and no firing pin block. Sounds interesting but i dunno if it's worth $1K

Wanstalls info is incorrect. Its a modern 75B internally, retro looks externally. Its got short rails, rounded trigger guard, spur hammer, vertical slide serrations and a firing pin block. Here is a picture, note the hole in the slide for the FPB. People are paying $1900+ for them already south of the border (see my previous post) and one examples even sold for $3,582! I think its a beautiful pistol, and I guess so do others.

Shoot it! Guns that are newly made as collectables usually aren't especially valuable. Case in point: Winchester 94 commemoratives.

Thanks guys! I'm going to drop by Wanstalls on Tuesday and check out the Beretta and ask if they can order me a Shadow if I am interested! After all it is not a big difference in the price.
