Why CZ called it "Orange" is a mystery. Why not Blue, or say "Black?"

Regardless, you cannot go wrong with CZ. CZ's are 1911 killers.

They've used Orange as a label for their "custom shop" guns for many years. no idea why though, anyone I asked when at the factory didn't know the reason.

That looks to be a TS Orange that someone swapped on a blue grip and blue magwell. It had the Orange's sights, hammer, dust cover. Although strangely the front grip serrations look like old crappy TS ones.

I googled tactical sport blue and it is a different model. Your right adamg it does have that heavy checkering that the original TS has. The trigger guard is different and there is no thumb rest. Cross between a TS and TSO I guess.

Very weird. It would have to be priced a lot less than the TSO for me to think it is the right buy.
