Hey,

I just got my Shadow in, really impressed, really satisfied with my money. The difference in the trigger is day and night vs the stock cz75.

I highly recommend cz 75, and just spend the extra money on a shadow or maybe a Omega. Only complaint i have is that it comes with mags that are reduced to 10 instead of pinned 18ins.

Anyone know a place i can get some rail accessories and cz75 pinned mags?
Any Canadian supply who can get holsters for it?

I thought the CZ mags were just dimpled in the middle, so that you couldn't load more than 10.

So there are still the standard capacity mags, but don't hold anymore than legally allowed.
 
I got my Bladetech Shadow holster at 911 Supply in Calgary. They had one on the rack.

Not sure where you live, so the above may not be much help.

PS: Bladetech seems to be the most popular choice for the Shadow - excellent holster.

I choose it over all other 9 mm pistols in the sub $1200 after tax. I had the funds to buy anyone in the price range. So I think you should go take a look at it. The grip is way better then any glock for my hand. I never held a USP but it was not in my buying power.
 
Love my lightened shadow for IDPA,

911 Supply for holsters and stuff, great service to be had there...

Yup. Didn't fire it though but hear that its tons accurate. Felt ok but not great. Found the grip a bit big, but I have smaller than average hands. I did find it was a bit "nose heavy" as well but I think thats an intentional design of the gun.

Yup your right on the nose heavy, but thats just to compensate for muzzle climb. :D, plus it feels like a real gun. The glocks have more recoil for sure. If cz75 is to big for your hands, a glock is to big for sure because it felt to big on my hands where cz was perfect.
 
I love my Shadow. It fits my hands almost perfectly, the trigger is the best I have felt out of the box until you get to the Sig X5's, and the muzzle heavy feel allows for rapid follow up shots.

I had adjustable sights put on mine; I play with different loads and I shoot it to 35 meters in competition, so I like the option. I put a set of Marshall alder grips grips on it (same as gpracer); with a little extra tweaking, I got it to the wieght limit for IDPA SSP.

I bought a bunch of magazines from Gunnar at Armco; a friend liked my Shadow so much that I threw some mags inot his order when he bought his Shadow. The CZ 10 round mags look to be made by Mec Gar; I have never had any problems with Mec Gar, but the bottom 1" of the mag is plastic on these. I like the thick platic lower lip since it seats much easier than the thin metal ones on a pinned high capacity mag.

Bladetech are great holsters for these guns; there are actually not that many companies making holsters in the states for the SP01 frame. I have been told they will ship to Canada if one of the fine sponsors here cannot get one for you. I recommend the Tech-Lok (think that is it's name); the guys that use them love it since they can switch holsters as slick as goose grease. I went with Leather; I had a gentleman anme Joe Laroche in Gatineau (Alymer sector) make a competition one for me and an IDPA one also.
