Hello everyone, I am new to the forums, I just got into hand gun shooting and am currently taking my black badge course. I am going into IPSC and perhaps also Defencive Pistol.

Onto my question, I saw one member of IPSC at the last match with these grips on his Shadow and I am interested in getting a set for mine as well.

Where can I order these from in Canada.

Thank you for the info, one of the gents from the Black Badge course had a set he wasn't using and I ended up purchasing them from him.

Just curious- are these grips noticeably thinner than the standard Shadow grip? Also, are they slipperier?

Yes they are much thinner. There is grip tape inserts on them so they are not slippery, they are different. I like them as I can hit the mag release without changing the grip on the gun.

I went with the thin aluminum aggressive checkered grips. There is no way my gun would ever slip out of my hands with these grips, even if my hands are wet. Warning, these grips are not for people with soft girlie hands :p. No, I'm not kidding.

Angus Hobdell warns that these are aggressive. It looks to me like grabbing a wood rasp or one of those meat tenderizers.

IMO rubber grips that come on sp01 and stainless model are the way to go! Super comfy and look better than those undersized grips - is it just me or are they way too short at the top?

I have smaller hands hence the reason I wanted a set of these, I had to slightly change grip on my shadow to reach the mag release with my thumb and the new thin grips slimmed things down enough that I no longer need to move my hand from shooting hold. I am very happy with them.
