The joys of working remotely, I was sent this photo for a trade, the owner only knows it is a CZ 75. I personally have never seen one just like this. If anyone can shine a little light on what model this is, or if its a custom job can you let me know? And sorry, I only have this one small photo that is missing a lot of pixels!

Looks like a CZ Champion model I have one in 40 cal with the same compensator . Great gun 1990 time frame
