CZ-75B Failure To Feed

Try holding / push up on the mag , so see if that helps, mag latch worn and mag sitting too low can cause this.
Also , remove barrel and try the plunk test , ie hold barrel up and just drop your reloads, and new ammo and make sure it drops in full depth , with out any pushing.
Full length size die can fix a problem with a bulge on the lower case from standard die set, if you have a tight chamber, but as has been said , this is just for reloads.

The base of the ammo should clear the feed lips , before the ammo jams.
Most of the time , mags are the main cause, but not usual to have 5 doing the same thing.
New main spring could help, check the chamber real good for any rough spots.
Check that the slide is sliding smooth.

I see mention extractor, that is something to look at as it should not be hard to slide a rim under it, spring could be full of carbon/ crap.
Pull it apart, and clean, look close at the hook, that it is smooth.

May be the feed lips are worn on the magazines. I would try a new magazine. Make sure the slid stop is all the way down. Some bullet heads are real pointy and not round this can be a problem. I had a 75B and never had a problem. Good luck with this.

Have had anyone else shoot your gun? You could be causing it by limp wristing the gun under recoil. This would be the first thing I would check. I doubt the number of rounds through the gun is an issue. Well worn mags maybe. I have several 75B iterations and more over the years and have not had issues like you describe. What is odd is it happens with factory as well as your reloads. Cartridges that are to long will jam a CZ either by feeding likeyour picture shows or seating. I reload all my 125 gr lead, plated and FMJ cartridges 1.1". I shoot a few other 9MM designs I rather than load for each gun I just settled on that length. The only time I run into problems if for some reason a cartridge manages to slip through the crimping process and I fail to eliminate all the belling.

Try a new CZ mag. If it doesn't solve the issue and the recoil spring had been replaced or relatively new the gun might need a gunsmith to solve the issue.

ps CZ have a well deserved reputation for reliability so something is amiss.

I was away for a while but I'm still checking this thread, I'll be returning to the range on Monday hopefully. Thanks to everyone for the ideas and help.

An extra power recoil spring would help if you’re going to replace it.
Finally, check that the magazine spring is oriented properly in the mag body and not installed backwards, or upside down.

I'll check allt he mag springs, I already did add a new recoil spring with more power and it hasn't helped so that's not it. Would mag spring orientation start causing problems now?

If it's "only" 10k rounds, that's probably not the issue. And you should be able to see the cartridge rubbing against the slide stop if that's an issue. Or, mark the brass with sharpie and cycle it through - The slide stop interference should leave a clear mark on the side of the cartridge. The photo makes it look like it is clearing the slide stop, but you should rule it out by checking.

However, the breech face / extractor sounds like an issue: There should be some resistance sliding the round up under the extractor, not a lot. It would be best to compare yours to a properly functioning 75 so you can feel the correct resistance.

Does the extractor move properly in its groove in the slide? Does it have any sharp edges that could catch on the brass? You might need to remove it from the slide to check properly - Look for uneven wear and/or burrs where the cartridge makes contact.

The extractor looks ok to me, but I'm not a well-trained eye on this. I'll do the sharpie test Monday before I go to the range. Hopefully they'll have a functional gun there I can compare with.

The mag latch test is interesting, I'll also check into that.

The innards are all very clean now, including the extractor. It wasn't very dirty before I last removed it either, so I don't think dirtiness is the option. It all functions fine with no ammo in it.

I'm going to buy a new mag if I have to, but I find the idea of all five mags failing in the same way unlikely simultaneously (though it is of course possible!).

I don't think it's likely to be limpwristing, I've used this pistol for many thousands of rounds in IDPA, IPSC, Service CQB, etc. and never had the issue. I also load my own cartridges to be fairly short, almost the same as you describe. I'm really puzzled by it since this gun has been so reliable for me for so long.
