That's the way its DESIGNED to work. Its called a mag BRAKE, and brakes the fall of the mags.
If you want them to drop free you must bend the mag break.
Take the grips off, remove the top pin holding the mag brake in place. Bend the mag break so that it presses against the main spring instead of the magazine. Reinstall the pin, and replace the grips.
You may have to do it more than once, but the mags will drop free, eventualy, after you bend the brake enough.
(Some models come with a straight/flat brake. The 75B doesn't.)
