Anyone know how to remove the hollow plastic base cap on the 10 round mag so that it can be cleaned? There is a little indentation that may be a tab, but the plastic doesn’t look very robust so I’m reluctant to apply pressure to it.

look at the bottom - there should be a round hole in the center, with a little nub inside. press on the nub with a punch, slide the mag base pad off.
the peg is part of the bottom spring plate, when you press on it, it compresses the mag sping

I have 3 different CZ mag generations, they all disassemble in a similar way

Thanks for the comments, guys. (I think I’ll pass on the dishwasher idea though.) I have also been thinking about the Mantis X system. They make a magazine rail adapter for the CZ 10 round mag. But Mantis doesn’t know whether the Canadian and U.S. versions use the same type of base pad and CZ doesn’t answer their mail. So it’s hard to say whether the adapter would fit as designed. Probably a stretch, but does anyone happen to know whether the two 10 round mags are the same?

This Mantis sz75 adapter works fine with a standard CZ75 magazine restricted to 10 rounds by extending floor-plate https://mantisx.com/products/magrail-cz-75-magazine-floor-plate-rail-adapter

It does not work with Mec-gar magazine though that some cz75b come with.

and this is how you should slide off floor plate or adapter after you press that hole with a small screwdriver or something like that

Gshamray, thanks for the clarification on the mags. Mine are Mec-Gar, so I guess that’s it as far as Mantis is concerned. You saved me the trouble of finding out the hard way.
