I have a cz75b and now that the hogue grips are on it I'm falling in love with it all over again.

But, since I'm waiting to buy the next gun I'd like to know what can be done to the CZ to make it better, more reliable, and just generally more fun.

Has anyone changed out the sights on theirs, and what did you use?
Spring kits for a nicer pull?
How about fixing that creepy trigger? Is it easy to find a smith who'll do it on the cheap?
General tinkering?

I want to see how far I can go to making this gun into an even more fun-to-shoot pistol.

Mainspring, Recoil Spring, Extended Firing Pin. If you are mechanically capable, you can also do the DIY trigger job. Otherwise, find a gunsmith to do it for you. There are aftermarket parts like sear and hammer that will make the trigger job easier. reduced power mainspring will lower your DA pull. Recoil spring will do good if you are reloading to within minimum 125 PF. Extended Firing Pin will complement your reduced power mainspring for those stiffer primers like CCI. Sights? Not much you can do though there might be some aftermarket that will fit. Grip - hogue with finger groove is good. But a slimmer aluminum grip feels better if you are going IPSC. Again, for the upgrades, if you are not sure, don't do it.

Safe shooting.

Thanks! Would changing out those springs improve the SA pull? I don't really use it in DA since it's always at the range and closing the slide takes me straight to single action.

Yes, both SA and DA will improve. But the creep will still be there unless the sear and hammer is modified or replaced. Also, a pre-B disconnect is required to shorten the reset. Select Shooting Supplies and Dlask carries parts for these mods. Again, trigger mods are not for beginners. If not done properly, the firearm might not operate safely. Google is a good tool for these procedures. But not all you see here is as simple as it can be.

Safe Shooting.

I put a reduced power hammer spring in my pre-b and it lightens the DA pull nicely. I replaced the hammer with a race hammer and put in an adjustable sear and now the SA is perfect for target shooting.
